Absolutely! We welcome visitors to our Docklands showroom by appointment. You can see our materials, try sample pens, and discuss your project with our artisans.

Yes, we ship worldwide via FedEx or DHL with full insurance and tracking. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for the store, or quoted directly for custom commissions.

Standard repairs (nib tuning, replacement of ink feed) take 5–7 business days. More complex restoration work can take 3–4 weeks. We'll provide a timeline once we assess your instrument.

For corporate bulk orders, we offer a sample set at 50% of the single-set price, fully credited toward your first order. For custom pens, we provide a 3D digital model and a material swatch kit.
