  • Financing: 0% interest payment plans available for orders over $1,000 – ask our team.
  • Corporate Terms: Net-30 invoicing for approved companies on bulk orders (10+ sets).
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, and wire transfer.
  • Refund Policy: Custom items are non-refundable unless defective. See our Refund Policy for details.
  • Shipping: Tracked, insured international shipping included on all orders over $1,000.

Base prices cover the materials and craftsmanship listed under each tier, standard engraving (where noted), testing, and our standard presentation packaging. Add-ons and premium materials are quoted separately.

Yes! We offer bulk pricing for orders of 10 or more Writing Sets (the Corporate Pack tier), and we can tailor discounts for large custom pen commissions. Contact us for a custom quote.

Minor modifications such as engraving text or material colour are possible before production begins. Structural changes may affect the price and delivery time, and may incur additional charges.

All orders are shipped with full insurance and tracking via FedEx or DHL. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, but we assist with documentation. Orders over $1,000 include complimentary shipping.

Absolutely. Every Bonusblooms product comes with a lifetime warranty covering mechanical failures and workmanship defects. We also offer free tuning for the first year and paid servicing thereafter.
